Here, you can test a standalone win32 executable.

Keys: UP, DOWN, LEFT, RIGHT, X,C,V,P,ESC,F12

New version available:

- myshmup-setup-project-once.unitypackage - for new project setup (10KB)
- myshmup.unitypackage - main package with source code (660KB)
- myshmup-artworks.unitypackage - artworks package including Prefabs and a scene (28,5MB)
- Documentation - user guide (PDF)

Just tried your standalone exe - it looks great, but you should probably add Joystick support. The scrolling camera confused me for a moment, it looked like the player was sticking at the edge of the screen. But I think with enemies and bullets on screen it would be apparent that the camera is moving when you're near the edge.

Indeed, it is done on purpose to enlarge the playfield vertically.

This is looking really good now. Previewing the music within the level is a great feature! Posted about this on the news page.

Added: Scrolling shader, models, neptune and saturn planets, music fade (main -> boss), corrected/simplified numerous scripts.
